Dear AFSA Swim Teams:
The Dhahran Youth Swim League (DYSL) is delighted to welcome you to the “AFSA Swimming Championship Finals 2025” which shall take place on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th of May at the Saudi Aramco, Dhahran Hills Recreation Centre, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The event was last hosted by DYSL in 2019 and it is with the greatest of pleasure that we invite all teams to return after 6 years.
Please kindly review all the information included on the event website found under www.dysl-swim.com and kindly note the following:
- EVENT SIGN UP: The Hy-Tec file for sign-up of all swimmers is available on the website and should be returned to DYSL by the “AFSA Regional Coordinator” for all teams by Tuesday, May 6th at 10pm.
- HOTELS: DYSL have organized a fantastic discount with the Aloft Hotel and the Hilton Double Tree Hotel in Dhahran, valid from the 15th to the 18th of May . Both hotels are located beside each other opposite the Mall of Dhahran and transport shall be organized to the event from these locations each morning. All discount codes are on the event website for participants to utilize.
- ARAMCO DITIGAL GATE PASS: Access into the Saudi Aramco Facilities is through a very efficient automated gate pass system. This will require advanced registration of all visitors entering the facility for the event. Each ”Team Security Coordinator” should complete the template found on the website and return to the “AFSA Regional Coordinator” by Tuesday, May 6th at 10pm.
- EVENT FEES: All event fees shall be transferred in advance to the DYSL Bank Account. Further details on the website.
- FORMS: Collection of the "Release of Liability Form" and “Relay Forms” shall be on the morning of the event. Kindly refer to the website under FORMS.
- ZOOM MEETING: DYSL Shall organize a ZOOM Meeting on Thursday, May 8th at 6pm to answer any questions from participating teams.
I would like to extend a sincere thanks to all the AFSA Organizers, DYSL Board, parent volunteers and Meet Officials from all clubs across the Kingdom that organized the many events during the season to result in this AFSA Swimming Championship Final 2025.
